
FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 The promotion is open to residents of GB (England, Wales, and Scotland) aged 18 years or over only, except:
- employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.
- employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
- members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
5. THE PROMOTION
5.1 The title of the promotion is ‘WIN a Flavour Adventure’.
5.2 The promotional period will open at 00:00 on 27.03.24 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 02.07.24 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. All promotion entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
5.3 To enter the prize draw, purchase a Robinsons Fruit Creations Product from participating retailers (see below for product list and participating retailers), scan the code on the instore marketing or visit https://robinsonssquash.co.uk/campaigns/flavour-adventures and enter your name, email address and retailer where the purchase was made during the Promotional Period. Please see sections 6 for further detail on the trips.
5.4 Entrants must retain their receipt as proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the Promotional Period and prior to date of entry. The Promotor, acting in its sole discretion, will request evidence of this before awarding any prizes.
5.5 Entrants are advised to take care when submitting an entry; the Promoter is not responsible for any mistakes which might be caused by incorrect entry details.
5.6 Purchase of a qualifying Robinsons Fruit Creations product, from a participating retailer is necessary to enter the promotion (subject to availability and whilst stocks last). Qualifying products include:

5.7 Participating retailers: Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose and Iceland. Advertising of the Promotion will differ across the participating retailers due to differing media periods instore. Entrants from all retailers will be able to enter across the entire Promotional Period, despite differing media periods instore.
5.8 Maximum of 10 entry per person across all participating retailers, during the Promotional Period. Entrants must only enter using 1 email address.
5.9 Maximum of 1 prize awarded per person. For the avoidance of doubt, if a previous winner is selected as a subsequent winner, the prize will be forfeit and another winner will be drawn.
5.10 Entrants who do not enter correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
5.11 Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, or invalid entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using multiple email addresses or a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
5.12 Internet access required.
6. THE PRIZE
6.1 There are a total of 5 prizes available. There are 5 x 5-night Flavour Adventure trips including street food market tour for 2 people (1 x 5-night Tokyo Experience with food Market Tour, 2 x 5-night Bangkok Experience with food Market Tour, 2 x 5-night Mexico Experience with food Market Tour). The prize does not include additional excursions and activities, these must be booked separately at an additional cost. All Trips are for winner and one guest. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize trip a winner will receive will be selected by the Promoter only. Any additional goods and services not expressly set out will not be included and may incur additional cost.
6.2 Each prize includes return standard class flights, all flight taxes and surcharges but doesn’t include any checked in luggage. Flights are subject to availability at the time of booking. Travel dates and times are subject to availability and are at the discretion of Another Way Ltd. Excluded dates include the Christmas holiday period (December 20th, 2024 – January 3rd, 2025), Valentine’s Day/weekend (14th – 18th February 2025), Easter weekend (29th March – 1st April 2025) and all other Public and Bank Holiday weekends in the UK, Thailand, Mexico and Japan. The most suitable departure airport available may not be your closest airport. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with any Covid-19 checks and to arrange travel insurance and a Visa for entry to and from Thailand, Japan or Bangkok from the UK.. Another Way Ltd cannot be held responsible for the winner not having the correct travel documentation, test results or following any COVID-19 regulations. Hotel accommodation will be 4 stars, in a double room and includes breakfast. All hotel accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking and once reserved and confirmed cannot be changed. If a twin room is preferred, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed. All experience locations, bookings, travel (including flights), events, activities, hotels and any other goods and services are subject to availability at the time of booking. All bookings must be redeemed within 12 months of the initial contact from Another Way Prize Management. An additional allowance for travel to the tours will be provided in the form of spending money to the value of £100. The funds will be sent via a BACS transfer to the winner's GB bank account only. The allowance will be transferred to the winners bank via a BACS transfer before the experience takes place. It will be sent with the confirmation details of other elements, such as hotel and flights.
6.3 Please see location specific terms below:
Tokyo: Return standard class flights for two people to Tokyo, Japan from the UK, return private transfers from the airport to the hotel, five nights' accommodation for two people at the 4 stars, centrally located Shinjuku Prince Hotel (or similar). Accommodation is based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis only. Transfers are provided from Tokyo International Airport to the hotel on a return basis. Transfers are private and will not be shared with other passengers. A Tsukiji food tour & Toyosu Market tour with Government-Licensed Guide including multiple tastings and face to face experiences with the locals and transfer allowance for two people to the Tsukiji Fish Market. The Food Market Walking Tour will last for approximately 4 hours. This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date. If the tour cannot be rescheduled, AnotherWay will provide the winner with an alternative experience of similar value to be enjoyed on their trip. The departure point will depart from City Cruises Toyosu Wholesale Fish Market, 6- chōme-6-2 Toyosu, Koto City, Tokyo 135-0061, Japan.
Bangkok: Return standard class flights for two people to Bangkok from the UK. Transfers are provided from Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok International Airport) to the hotel on a return basis. Transfers are private and will not be shared with other passengers. Five nights' accommodation for two people at the 4 star, centrally located Villa De Pranakorn Hotel (or similar). Accommodation is based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis only. A food tour of the world-famous Floating Market of Bangkok in a boat with a guide and the stunning Maeklong Railway Market. The Floating Market & Railway Market Tour will last for approximately 6 hours and begins at 6.30am. This experience has a minimum attendance. If it’s cancelled due to low numbers, you’ll be offered a different date. The departure point will depart from Lamphu House Bangkok, 75, 77 Ram Buttri, Khwaeng Chana Songkhram, Khet Phra Nakhon, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 10200, Thailand. Hotel pickups from within 4.6km from Bangkok city centre are also available, free of charge.
Mexico: Return standard class flights for two people to Mexico City from the UK. Return private transfers from the airport to the hotel. Transfers are provided from Mexico City International Airport to the hotel on a return basis. Transfers are private and will not be shared with other passengers. Five nights' accommodation for two people at the 4 stars, centrally located Grand Polanco Residencial Hotel (or similar). Accommodation is based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis only. A street food tour with a local of the famous Merced Market is included. The Merced Market Tour will last for approximately 4 hours. The departure point will depart from P.za de la Constitución 463, Centro Histórico de la Cdad. de México, Centro, Cuauhtémoc, 06060 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico.
6.4 Winners are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of their prize.
6.5 The prizes are provided by the Promoter and administered through its agents (“Prize Administrators”):

6.6 The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives or compensation in whole or in part.
6.7 The Promoter reserves the right to replace a prize or part of a prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
6.8 Winners are required to book and redeem their prize within 12 months of being contacted by the Another Way prize management team after winner confirmation.
6.9 The prize package must be taken as a whole, flights and hotels cannot be redeemed separately. The winner and their guest must travel together on the same flight to the prize destination and stay in the same hotel.
6.10 The winner and their guest must each have a valid passport and have all necessary and relevant visas (if applicable) to travel to the chosen prize destination. Each person’s passport must have an expiry date no less than 6 months following the dates of travel, unless otherwise specified by a pertinent regulation. All passport and visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the relevant winner and guest.
7 WINNER SELECTION
7.1 All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw. Winners will be drawn using a randomised computer process via number generator on Monday 8th July 2024 (the “Draw Date”). The Flavour Adventure prizes will be drawn first in the order listed in clauses 6.1.
8 WINNER NOTIFICATION
8.1 Winners will be notified via the email address used to enter the promotion within 7 working days of the Draw Date, at which point they will be asked to confirm their name and email address and provide their proof of purchase. Proof of age will also be required (passport, driving licence or equivalent). Country of residence will be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. Two attempts will be made to contact winners via email. Winners have 14 days from initial notification and 48 hours from 2nd attempt to confirm acceptance of their Prize by replying to their notification via email otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date using the same methodology as listed in 7.1.
8.2 Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account including any spam or junk folders during this time in case they are drawn as a winner.
8.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize, rejects the prize or are ineligible and reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat for a period of 3 months following the Closing Date until an eligible winner is able to claim remaining prizes. Following this 3-month period, the prizes will become null and void.
9 PRIZE DELIVERY
9.1 Winners will be contacted by Another Way Ltd within 7 working days of being selected as a winner and the completion of the verification process. Winners should then provide the Prize Administrators with a selection of at least 3 dates when the winner is available. Another Way will then organise all aspects included within the trip listed in section 6. Neither the Promoter, nor the Prize Administrators can guarantee specific flights and accommodation requested by the winner. Winners will be sent a complete itinerary of their experience once booked. Winners will also have access to AnotherWay Ltd travel app, which allows winners to access all their booking details on the go.
9.2 If any prizes are unable to be organised due to inaccurate details or delay on the part of a winner, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.
10 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or their guests accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11 DATA PROTECTION
11.1 By entering the promotion, entrants agree that any personal information provided to enter the promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter, the Prize Administrators or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion.
11.2 The Promoter (acting directly or via its agents) will make available the winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by emailing robinsonscompetition@getsavvy.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing robinsonscompetition@getsavvy.com. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
11.3 The winners and their guest may be requested, but are not obliged, to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with this promotion. The Promoter or the Prize Administrators may request to use the winners’ name, image, in connection with such publicity.
11.4 The winners’ personal details will be kept confidential at all times and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Entrants personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here: http://www.britvic.com/privacy-policy. All entrant data that is not needed for the purpose of prize fulfilment will be deleted by 02/10/24. All winner data will be deleted on completion of their trip. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to britvicteam@getsavvy.com. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
12 GENERAL
12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant if the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion.
12.2 If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify, suspend or cancel the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
12.3 It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of their prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or fulfilment of their prize.
12.4 The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay, or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
12.5 The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
12.6 If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
12.7 The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts unless you live in Scotland in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
